All payments have to be made in advance, except on "Pickup: Free".

If a product is not in stock or the price has
changed or the buyer has made a mistake during the online ordering process a full refund will be given within 24 hours except if PayPal was chosen as payment as PayPal has decided it won't refund any PayPal fees from 06.05.19 onwards. So if PayPal was chosen as payment the refund will exclude the PayPal fee. If the buyer has received the product and a mistake has been made by the buyer before opening the product and payment has already been
made, a refund minus all shipping costs and payment processing fees will be given once the product is returned. The buyer has to notify us within 14 days from the invoice date of the mistake and the buyer has to pay for the return shipping costs. Re-stocking fees may apply depending on the distributor used.
If the buyer has made a significant mistake, for example ordering and opening a "USB-C Docking Station" without having a "USB-C" connection, no refund can be made.

Orders should arrive in Sydney within 2-3 Business days, Australia-Wide within 3-5 Business days, depending on the distributor and courier processing the order/shipment as instructed.
Orders placed before 10am during business hours should ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am during business hours should ship the next business day.
We don't ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers except when it states "Pickup: Free" at the product.
If orders arrive late or not at all due to the incompetence of courier companies we will give you a full refund if the buyer decides to cancel the order, however we are not liable for any consequences arising from the before mentioned incompetence.
All our shipments are insured against loss or damage and always require a signature, except if instructed by our customer to give the authority to leave the shipment at a safe place.
VIP Track: Once we email you working tracking details which will happen latest on the following morning of the day of ordering, we will monitor the shipment via the courier's website and update you via email of the progress, like arrival at the next delivery depot or onboard for delivery.

You can pickup from 8am until 9pm, 7 days a week and we also offer kerbside pickup.
When a product is listed as "Pickup: Free", the item is in stock at our office. Otherwise the shipping to our office must still be paid which is the "Ship Sydney" amount at each product listed.
When a product has to be shipped to us first the item will only be available for pickup within 2 business days and payment still has to be made in advance.

The removal of any factory seals or warranty
stickers will void warranty.
The warranty does not cover software, virus or spy/malware related issues.
Keep the original packaging for 2 weeks.
It's the customers responsibility to
register, where required, with the manufacturer in order to be covered by the products
All products are covered by a "Return to
Us" warranty for the period of the manufacturer warranty except when on-site warranty is purchased.
If the warranty is handled by the manufacturer between the end user directly, the end user has to contact and deal with the manufacturer directly. Assistance can be given.
Products which are replaced inside the
warranty are covered by the warranty terms of the manufacturer and are "Return to Us" except when on-site warranty is purchased.
We will not cover under warranty any item
that has been mishandled, tampered with, damaged by operations outside the designed
working conditions and storage environments, power surges, fluctuations and external

DOA claims(Dead On Arrival, product is faulty from the moment the package is opened) can only be made within 14 days from the purchase date.
As our Australian authorised distributors instructed us, any warranty claims during the entire warranty period requires the end-user to contact the manufacturer first to make a claim and if necessary optain an authorisation from the manufacturer.
